helpful staff cooked breakfast good location
the staff was helpful. the owner provided me with an iron. i also got an area to iron my shirt. the cooked breakfast was enjoyable. its location allowed us to walk. we went to englefield house for heritage live.
i found no soap was provided

clean room comfortable bed nice breakfast on-site parking
The room was very clean, tidy, and had every facility i needed. the bed was super comfortable. I slept so well. breakfast was very nice and fueled my mornings. on-site parking was a major plus. I felt secure leaving my car.
the duvet felt a little thin.

I found ample parking available, a big plus. breakfast was good, with fresh items. the room had warmth. I easily adjusted the radiator to my liking. it was simple temperature control.

cramped room dated decor
i encountered some issues. the room was a bit cramped. the decor was very dated, a real throwback. there was no evening meal available at the hotel. thankfully, other options were within walking distance.

quiet accommodation ample space useful heating
My accommodation block sat behind the main building. This made it relatively quiet. I found ample space in the car park. The single room I booked included ample heating, useful .
I thought my room was not sufficiently clean. Dust was easy to see. The carpet reminded me of it had not been vacuumed recently.
